Newlands, ) February 13, 1992 Deputy Chainnan; and ) N. Martin, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On January 24, 1992 Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (ttPNG tt ) applied to the Commission for approval of Firm Transportation Service and Interruptible Sales Agreements with Enso Forest Products Ltd./West Fraser Mills Ltd.; Canadian Forest Products Ltd. (Fort St. James Division); Repap Smithers Inc.; Skeena Cellulose Inc. (Skeena Division); and Decker Lake Forest Products Ltd., and filed as Tariff Supplements No.3, 6,20,21, and 23 respectively; and B. Prior to the agreements coming into effect the above-noted customers were served by PNG under gas sales Rate Schedule 5A - Small Industrial Service and by Tariff Supplements No.3 for Enso/West Fraser and No.6 for Canadian Forest Products; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that the change to Firm Transportation Service and Interruptible Sales Agreements for the five PNG customers is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing for PNG, Firm Transportation and Interruptible Sales Agreements as follows: • Supplement No.3 - Enso Forest Products Ltd. and West Fraser Mills Ltd. dated and effective November 1, 1991. Original Sheets 3-1 to 3-45 inclusive. • Supplement No.6 - Canadian Forest Products Ltd. (Fort S1. James Division) dated and effective November 1, 1991. Original Sheets 6-1 to 6-38 inclusive. • Supplement No. 20 - Repap Smithers Inc., dated and effective November 1, 1991. Original Sheets 20-1 to 20-38 inclusive. • Supplement No. 21 - Skeena Cellulose Inc. (Skeena Division) dated and effective November 1, 1991. Original Sheets 21-1 to 21-38 inclusive. . . ./2
