McIntyre, ) Chainnan; and ) N. Martin, ) July 23, 1992 Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On February 11 and June 11, 1992 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed for Commission approval, Industrial Gas Sales Agreements and General Tenns of Conditions ("the Agreements") for Island Fanns Dairy Co-op located at Victoria, B.C., Department of National Defence at Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt, B.C. and Adwood Manufacturing Ltd. at Crofton, B.c. for gas service under the Competitive Range Rate Class; and B . The Commission has reviewed the Agreements and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1 . The Commission approves Industrial Gas Sales Agreements including General Tenns and Conditions under the Competitive Range Rate Class for Centra Gas as follows: • Island Fanns Dairy Co-op dated February 7, 1992. • Adwood Manufacturing Ltd. dated June 2, 1992. • Department of National Defence for Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt, dated May 5, 1992.
