McIntyre, ) Chainnan; ) J.D.V. Newlands, ) February 13, 1992 Deputy Chainnan; and ) N. Martin, ) Commissioner ) ORDER WHEREAS: A. On October 7, 1991 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied to the Commission for approval of the Schedule "0" Agreement dated August 27, 1991, with Unitel Communications Inc. ("Unitel") and B.C. Cellular Limited ("B.C. Cellular") for construction, operation and recovery of costs of a distribution line located on Mt. Thynne; and B. The executed agreement requires B.C. Hydro to own and operate the distribution line extension to Unitel's microwave station ("Unitel Line") and for Unitel to pay all costs relating to the ownership of the Unitel Line by B.C Hydro; and C. The Agreement differs from service provided under the standard B.C. Hydro Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions. D. The Commission has considered the Agreement and is satisfied that it properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves and accepts for filing for B.C. Hydro, Schedule "0" Agreement dated August 27,1991 with Unitel and B.C.
