Jaccard, ) Chair; and ) September 3, 1992 L.R. Barr, ) Deputy Chair ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On July 27, 1992 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed, for Commission approval, an Industrial Gas Sales Agreement and General Terms and Conditions (" the Agreement") for Futura Forest Products Ltd.'s ("Futura") lumber drying facility located at Chemainus, B.C. and foc gas service under the Competitive Range Rate Class; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves the Industrial Gas Sales Agreement including General Terms and Conditions under the Competitive Range Rate Class between Centra Gas and Futura Forest Products Ltd. dated January 14, 1992, provided the customer is made aware of the total extent of the obligation under the net book value provision of Article 6.02 of the contract.
