Newlands, ) May 8,1992 Deputy Chainnan; and ) N. Martin, ) Commissioner ) ORDER WHEREAS: A. On May 5, 1992 BC Gas Inc. - Lower Mainland Division ("BC Gas") filed for Commission approval, amendments to Gas Tariff Supplement No. 30, Interruptible Gas Service Agreement covering off-system gas sales with the Vancouver Island Gas Joint Venture ("the Joint Venture"); and B. The Agreement will allow BC Gas to supply off-system, interruptible gas to the Joint Venture, for supply at the interconnection between the facilities of BC Gas and Westcoast Energy Inc. at Huntingdon, B.C.; and C. BC Gas will charge the Joint Venture at mid-month prices reponed by "Inside F.E.R.Co's Gas Market Repon" for gas delivered to Sumas on the Northwest Pipeline, on a monthly basis, and as outlined in Appendix A of the Agreement; and D. The Commission reviewed the Application and finds that approval of amendments to Tariff Supplement No. 30 are necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for BC Gas amendments to Gas Tariff Supplement No. 30 Interruptible Gas Service Agreement with the Joint Venture covering off-system natural gas sales, effective for the month commencing May 1, 1992 as follows:.
