Hydro"), pursuant to the Commission's Rules Respecting Energy Supply Contracts ("the Rules") and Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act (ttthe Act tt ), Short Term Interruptible Natural Gas Purchase Agreements with Inland Natural Gas Marketing Ltd. (ttINGM"), Mobil Oil Canada ("Mobil") and CanWest Gas Supply Inc. (ttCanWest tt ). The Order also required B.C. Hydro to file for Commission approval any future sales arrangements; and B. On April 5 and April 13, 1993 B.C. Hydro applied for Commission approval of Interruptible Gas Sales Agreements with INGM for April, 1993 and; C. On April 5, 1993 B.C. Hydro applied for Commission approval of a Sales Authorization for April, 1993 under its Short Term Natural Gas Sales Contract with CanWest and; D. On AprilS, 1993 B.C. Hydro applied for approval of an amendment to an Interruptible Gas Sale Contract with Mobil Oil Canada ("Mobil") for supply for the month of April. 1993; and E. The Commission has reviewed the contracts and is satisfied that the short term interruptible gas supply should be approved. . . ./2
