("WKP") applied, pursuant to Section 57 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act"), to amend its current borrowing arrangements with the Bank of Montreal by extending the expiry date of the Term Loan, Lines of Credit from January 2, 1995 to January 2, 1996; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application and the certified copy of the May 13, 1993 Resolution of the Board of Directors of WKP, and approves the extension of the terms thereof. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves for WKP the extension of the expiry date of the revolving Term Loan, Lines of Credit with the Bank of Montreal from January 2, 1995 to January 2, 1996, pursuant to Section 57 of the Act.
