Ltd. for Approval of Gas Treatment Service Arrangements with Sceptre Resources BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) October 21, 1994 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On October 14, 1994 Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. ("PNG") applied to the Commission for approval of Tumbler Ridge Gas Treatment and Transportation Service arrangements with Sceptre Resources Limited ("Sceptre"); and B. PNG and Sceptre entered into a Letter of Intent dated September 12, 1994 setting forth the principal understandings respecting the provision of transportation and gas treatment services by PNG to Sceptre for gas that will be used by Sceptre as fuel gas at its Murray River gas well site; and C. The Commission is satisfied that the understandings set out in the September 12, 1994 Letter of Intent between PNG and Sceptre should be approved. NO W THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules, the Commission approves the following: 1. The terms of the gas treatment and transportation service arrangement at Tumbler Ridge, B.C. as set out in the September 12, 1994 Letter of Intent between PNG and Sceptre is effective October 14, 1994. 2. PNG is directed to file in Tariff Supplement format, and in a timely fashion, the executed definitive service agreement with Sceptre.
