("Centra Gas") filed for Commission approval Industrial Gas Sales Agreements and General Terms and Conditions ("the Agreements") for natural gas service under the Competitive Range Rate Class for Island Asphalt Ltd., at its Metchosin, B.C. asphalt plant and Rage's Farms Ltd. at its greenhouse facility at Port Albemi, B.C.; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Agreements and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1.
