On June 30, 1994 The Corporation of the City of Nelson ("the City") filed for Commission approval Electrical Utility Regulatory Amendment By-Law No. 2646, 1994 ("the By-Law") applicable to electric seIVice rendered by the City in its service area; and B. The By-Law will allow the City to increase its Connection Charges including charges for Temporary Drop Services, New and Upgraded Services, Meter Inspection, Subdivision/Developer Charges, Call-Out Charges and changes to its Budget Billing Plan to the City and Rural customers; and C. The Commission has reviewed the By-Law and supporting material and finds that the City of Nelson's amendments are appropriate and in the public interest; and NOW THEREFORE the Commission accepts for filing for the City, effective July 15, 1994, Electrical Utility Regulatory Amendment By Law No. 2646, 1994.
