("BC Gas") filed for Commission approval amendments to gas purchase contracts with EnerShare Technology Corporation ("EnerShare") dated February 1, 1995 and with Novagas Clearinghouse Core Ltd. ("Novagas") dated February 1, 1995; and B. The Application also requested approval of a BuylSell Gas Purchase Contract with Coastal Gas Marketing Canada ("Coastal Gas") dated March 1, 1995; and C. The Commission has reviewed the BC Gas filing and is satisfied that approval of the contract and amendments is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules, and subject to BC Gas filing fully executed documents in a timely fashion, the Commission approves the Contract and amendments as follows: 1. Buy/Sell Gas Purchase Contract with Coastal Gas dated March 1, 1995 for 746 GI/d. 2. An amendment dated March 14, 1995 to the Buy/Sell Gas Purchase Contract with EnerShare dated February 1, 1995 which increases the contract volume by 1,255 GIld. 3. An amendment dated March 14, 1995 to the Buy/Sell Gas Purchase Contract with Novagas dated February 1, 1995 which increases the contract volume by 6,571 GIld.
