Rate Schedule 5 Tariff Supplement - Industrial Forestry Service Ltd. BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) December 7, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On November 30, 1995 BC Gas Utility Ltd. ("BC Gas") applied for Commission approval of a General Firm Service Agreement dated July 18, 1995 under Rate Schedule 5 ("the Agreement") with Industrial Forestry Service Ltd.'s ("IFS") Ness Lake Nursery near Prince George, B.C. ("the nursery"); and B. The Agreement provides for the collection of a customer contribution towards the cost of extending gas service to the nursery as well as thirteen first-year residential customers located in the vicinity; and C. Under the Agreement the total customer contribution for the mains extension is to be paid by the nursery over a six-year period at a rate of $2.244 per gigajoule with a minimum annual volume of 15,000 GJ; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the IFS Agreement under Rate Schedule 5 as filed by BC Gas. 2. The Commission approves and accepts for filing Tariff Supplement D-3, Original Page i. BC Gas is to file the primary agreement in Tariff Supplement format in a form suitable for inclusion in the Gas Tariff Binder.
