Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) December 21, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On December 6, 1995 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied to the Commission for approval of Electric Tariff Supplement No. 1 - Electricity Supply Agreement with the Corporation of the City of New Westminster ("the City") covering a five-year renewal period commencing January 1, 1995; and B. The Agreement covers a further five-year term ending December 3I, 1999 and amends the liability provisions of B.C. Hydro to make the Agreement consistent with provisions in other transmission service agreements with other customers; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that its approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C. Hydro the Electricity Service Agreement with the City, known as Tariff Supplement No.1, covering the renewal period January 1, 1995 to December 3I, 1999.
