Hall, Commissioner ) October 3, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No. G-59-95, set the December 2, 1994 application by Pacific Northern Gas Ltd.lPacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. for approval of Cost of Service Allocation/Rate Design and Integrated Resource Planning ("the Application") down for public hearing to commence September 25, 1995; and B. The Commission, by Order No. G-71-95, rescheduled the public hearing into the Application to commence Wednesday, October 18, 1995 in the Commission's Hearing Room; and C. On October 2, 1995 the Commission held a pre-hearing Negotiation Day workshop in order to attempt to resolve issues in advance of the public hearing; and D. Following the Negotiation Day session, all parties agreed to delay the commencement of the hearing. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows with respect to the PNGIPNG(N.E.) Application: 1. The public hearing into the Application is rescheduled and will now commence at 9:00 a.m., Monday, October 23, 1995 in the Commission's Hearing Room, 6th Floor, 900 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C.
