Barr, Deputy Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) April 27, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. Commission Order No. 0-67-94 approved for Pacific Northern Oas Ltd. ("PNO") an interim firm transportation service toll to Methanex Corporation ("Methanex") under Tariff Supplements No. 16, 17 and 25 at the rate of $0.8700/0J effective September 1, 1994 to reflect the impact of estimated looping construction costs to serve the Methanex plant expansion project. The Order required PNO to file permanent tolls based on the final costs for the looping project; and B. On January 26, 1995 PNO applied to the Commission for approval of a permanent toll to Methanex of $0.8606/0J ($33.1331110 3 m 3 using a conversion factor of 38.5 OJ/10 3 m 3 ), to reflect the final costs associated with the looping project effective September 1, 1994; and C. PNO requested approval to delay using the new contract demand under Tariff Supplements No. 16, 17 and 25 until October 1, 1994 for the determination of interruptible gas sales to Methanex; and D. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for PNO a permanent firm transportation toll for Methanex under Tariff Supplements No. 16, 17 and 25 at the rate of $0.8606/0J ($33.l331/10 3 m 3 using a conversion factor of 38.5 OJ/l03m3), effective September 1, 1994. 2. PNO is to refund to Methanex the excess tolls collected from September 1, 1994, under Commission Order No. 0-67-94, with interest at the average prime rate of PNG's bank.

The Commission approves for PNG the delay in using the new contract demand under Tariff Supplements No. 16, 17 and 25 until October 1, 1994 for the determination of interruptible gas sales to Methanex. 4. PNG is to file amended tariff sheets under Tariff SU1Ppl,ement firm transportation service toll approved by this order.
