Barr, Deputy Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) April 27, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On April 11, 1995, Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed with the Commission for approval, amendments to Gas Tariff Rate Schedules and rates for natural gas distribution service to retail customers located on Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast served from the Pacific Coast Energy Corporation natural gas transmission pipeline; and B. On April 18, 1995 the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources ("MEMPR") advised the Commission and Centra Gas that the current retail price for fuel oil which forms the basis for natural gas rates to be charged to distribution grid system customers, was in accordance with the Consolidated Rate Stabilization Agreement, effective with consumption May I, 1995; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval to amend rates for natural gas service is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Centra Gas as follows: 1. The Commission approves and accepts for filing for Centra Gas, rates for natural gas service effective May 1, 1995 as follows: Fourth Revision of Page 1 Small General Service Rate No.1 (SGS-l) Sixth Revision of Page 2 Small General Service Rate No.2 (SGS-2) Fifth Revision of Page 3 Large General Service Rate No.1 (LGS-l) Fifth Revision of Page 4 Large General Service Rate No.2 (LGS-2) Third Revision of Page 5 Large General Service Rate No.3 (LGS-3) Sixth Revision of Page 6 Competitive Range Rate (CRR) Tenth Revision of Page 7 Apartment/Multi-Family Dwelling Rate (ACR)
