Ltd. 1995 Revenue Requirements Application Pursuant to Commission Order No. G-16-95, the Commission ordered an Alternate Dispute Resolution lf ADR If ( ) process to settle the PNG(NE) revenue requirements for the Dawson Creek and Tumbler Ridge Divisions. Final settlements for both divisions have been reached subject to formal acceptance from the respective intervenors who participated in the ADR. The final settlements will be circulated to all intervenors for comment before they are presented to the Commission Panel for approval.
