On March 6, 1995 Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited ("PLP") filed an application for Commission approval to pass-through costs to customers relating to electrical extensions and to implement connection charges contained in Schedules P and Q of its Electric Tariff, pursuant to Section 67(4) of the Utilities Commission Act; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that a determination is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for PLP increased charges relating to Schedules P and Q of its Electric Tariff, effective April 1, 1995. 2. PLP's Application to pass-through and include in its Electric Tariff new Residential Connection Fees in Subdivisions with Underground Service, as found on Tariff page No. 115, is not approved at this time. 3. PLP is advised that the matter of increased electrical charges relating to overhead and underground extensions will be the subject of a multi-utility review of extension policies, the timing and format of which will be by way of future Commission Order.
