Your letter requested that the Commission grant you an extension of the deadline from November 24, 1995 to November 30, 1995 for submissions to the Commission in respect of the application. The November 24, 1995 deadline was stipulated in Commission Order No. G-90-95, which advised prospective participants and interested parties that the application would be dealt with by means of a written hearing. The Commission has considered your request and has decided to accept your submissions no later than November 30, 1995.
