Barr, Deputy Chairperson; and K.L. Hall, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS: A. On July 4, 1996 the Commission issued Order No. G-73-96 and on July 19, 1996 its Reasons for Decision on the West Kootenay Power Ltd. ("WKP") 1996 Revenue Requirements Application; and B. On February 19, 1996 the Keremeos Irrigation District filed an application for a participant funding cost award with respect to participation in the workshop concerning WKP's application; and C. The Panel has determined that the Keremeos Irrigation District's participation in the proceedings requires reimbursement in accordance with Commission approved guidelines; and D. The Panel discussed the claim having regard to the criteria and rates as set out in Order No. G-117-93. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: I. Pursuant to Section 133.1 (1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to the Keremeos Irrigation District in the amount of $774.46. 2. WKP is directed to reimburse the Keremeos Irrigation District the total cost award in a timely manner.
