On MarchÊ28, 1997 the Association for the Advancement of Sustainable Energy PolicyÊ(ÒAASEPÓ) filed an application for a participant funding cost award in the amount of $2,855.26 to cover costs associated with its participation in the written hearing into Retail Markets Downstream of the Utility MeterÊ(ÒRMDMÓ); and B. On AprilÊ7, 1997 the Commission issued its Guidelines into RMDM following receipt of written comments on the issues; and C. The Commission has determined that AASEPÕs costs associated with its preparation and participation in the written proceeding require reimbursement in accordance with Commission approved guidelines; and D. The Commission has discussed the claim having regard to the criteria and rates set out in Order No.ÊG-103-96. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to SectionÊ133.1(2) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to AASEP in the amount of $2,855.26 for its preparation and participation in the RMDM written proceeding.
