Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS: A. On July 26, 1996 the Independent Power Association of B.C. ("IPABC") made application for reconsideration of the cost award set forth in Order No. F-5-96 dated June 20, 1996; and B. In support of its application the IPABC advised that it had received less than the anticipated 50 percent funding from its members; and C. The Panel discussed the application for reconsideration having regard to the criteria and rates set out in Order No. G-117-93. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 133.1(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission orders that the cost award for IPABC be increased by $27,847.50. The afore-mentioned award is to be paid by British Columbia and Hydro Authority.
