On JulyÊ17, 1996 the Commission issued Order No.ÊG-76-96 and its Decision on the British Columbia Hydro and Power AuthorityÊ(ÒB.C.ÊHydroÓ) Industrial Service Options Application which approved Real Time PricingÊ(ÒRTPÓ) Rate ScheduleÊ1848 for a one-year trial period ending JulyÊ17, 1997; and B. On MarchÊ12, 1997 B.C.ÊHydro applied to the Commission for approval of a Supplementary Agreement with Louisiana-Pacific Canada Ltd. (ÒLPCÓ) for access to the RTP Electric Tariff Rate ScheduleÊ1848 for its pulp mill near Chetwynd,ÊB.C. for the period MarchÊ15,Ê1997 to JulyÊ16, 1997; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Supplementary Agreement and finds that it satisfies the criteria contained in Rate ScheduleÊ1848 and the CommissionÕs Decision. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C.ÊHydro the Supplementary Agreement with LPC for RTP access effective MarchÊ15, 1997.
