("BCÊGas") applied to the Commission for approval of fixed and indexed market-based commodity pricing for Rate ScheduleÊ7 - General Interruptible Service and of index-based commodity pricing for Rate ScheduleÊ10 - Large Volume Interruptible Sales for the gas contract year commencing NovemberÊ1, 1997; and B. The filed indexed pricing is based on the Sumas Monthly Index for deliveries to Northwest Pipeline Corporation, as published in Inside FERC's Gas Market Report; and C. The Commission has considered the application and is satisfied that the pricing amendments to Industrial Gas Sales Tariffs for the 1997/98 gas contract year are necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1.
