Hall, Commissioner ) F.C. Leighton, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On September 10, 1997 Kanelk Transmission Company Limited ("Kanelk") applied to the Commission for approval to set the Kanelk charges for Wholesale Transmission Services and System Support Services provided by, or through, Kanelk to British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C.ÊHydro") for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000; and B. On November 18, 1997 Kanelk further advised the Commission that it has been unable to reach agreement with B.C. Hydro on its 1998-2000 Revenue Requirements and requested that the Commission set the matter down for a written public hearing; and C. The Commission finds that a written hearing into KanelkÕs 1998-2000 Revenue Requirements is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission issues the following Regulatory Timetable which summarizes the key dates in the review process of the Kanelk 1998-2000 Revenue Requirements application.
