The Commission has reviewed the document and comments as follows. Should you wish to review and comment on the proposed changes, a copy of the document is available from B.C. Hydro (contact Ms. Brenda Ambrosi, Regulatory, Hearings and Records, by telephone at (604) 623 3578). The Commission requests that any comments on the proposals be directed to the Commission and B.C. Hydro as soon as possible, but no later than December 1, 1997. B.C. Hydro will then be given until December 15, 1997 to comment on the intervenor/interested party responses. It is the Commission's intention to look for a proposed implementation date of January 1, 1998, if appropriate, so long as B.c. Hydro can efficiently make such implementations system-wide.
