The Commission, by Order No. G-15-97, approved a British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”) Real Time Pricing (“RTP”) Rate Schedule 1848 Supplementary Agreement with a 50 percent CBL reduction with B.C. Rail Ltd. (“B.C. Rail”) for the period February 13, 1997 to December 18, 1998 for its electric railway supply at Tumbler Ridge, B.C.; and B. On November 20, 1998, B.C. Hydro applied to the Commission for approval of a Rate Schedule 1848 Supplementary Agreement with a 75 percent CBL reduction, dated November 1, 1998, with B.C. Rail for the period November 1, 1998 to May 1, 1999; and C. The Commission, by Order No. G-122-98, approved for B.C. Hydro a December 18, 1998 application to extend the expiry date of the B.C. Rail RTP Supplementary Agreement to January 18, 1999; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Supplementary Agreement between B.C. Hydro and B.C. Rail and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C. Hydro the November 1, 1998 Supplementary Agreement under RTP Rate Schedule 1848 with a 75 percent CBL reduction for the period November 1, 1998 to May 1, 1999.
