The Commission, by Order No. G-15-97, approved a British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”) Real Time Pricing (“RTP”) Rate Schedule 1848 Supplementary Agreement with a 50 percent CBL reduction with BC Rail Ltd. (“BC Rail”) for the period February 13, 1997 to December 18, 1998 for its electric railway supply at Tumbler Ridge, B.C.; and B. On November 20, 1998, B.C. Hydro applied to the Commission for approval of a Rate Schedule 1848 Supplementary Agreement with a 75 percent CBL reduction, dated November 1, 1998, with BC Rail for the period November 1, 1998 to May 1, 1999; and C. The Commission, by Order No. G-1-99, approved for B.C. Hydro the BC Rail Supplementary Agreement under RTP Rate Schedule 1848 with a 75 percent CBL reduction for the period November 1, 1998 to May 1, 1999; and D. On May 11, 1999, B.C. Hydro applied to the Commission for a six-month extension to the existing Supplementary Agreement with BC Rail from May 1, 1999 to October 31, 1999; and E. The Commission has reviewed the time extension to the Supplementary Agreement between B.C. Hydro and BC Rail and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C. Hydro a six-month extension to the November 1, 1998 Supplementary Agreement with BC Rail under RTP Rate Schedule 1848 with a 75 percent CBL reduction for the period May 1, 1999 to October 31, 1999.
