(“WKP”) applied to the Commission for approval to amend Electric Tariff Rate Schedule 50 - Street Lighting by removing specific percentages for overhead recoveries contained in the schedule; and B. In an information request, Commission staff asked WKP to respond concerning the removal of specific percentages for overhead recoveries in Rate Schedule 50. WKP responded on August 20, 1999; and C. On September 7, 1999 the Commission, by Letter No. L-41-99, denied approval of the proposed amendments to Rate Schedule 50; and D. On October 4, 1999, WKP reapplied to the Commission for approval of amendments to Rate Schedule 50 - Street Lighting which contained loading rates for recoveries of overheads consistent with other costing procedures used by WKP; and E. The Commission has reviewed the application and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for WKP its October 4, 1999 application to amend its Rate Schedule 50 - Street Lighting tariff, effective November 1, 1999.
