On November 18, 1997, the Commission, by Order No. G-114-97, approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”) its revised Real Time Pricing (“RTP”) Application applicable to Rate Schedules No. 1848, 1844 and 1288; and B. On March 3, 1999, the Commission, by Order No. G-24-99, approved for B.C. Hydro an RTP Supplementary Agreement, effective March 1, 1999, with Fletcher Challenge Canada Limited (“Fletcher Challenge”) for RTP service under Rate Schedule 1848. In B.C. Hydros submission the utility indicated that Fletcher Challenge would be requesting further adjustments to its Customer Baseline Load (“CBL”); and C. On March 19, 1999, B.C. Hydro applied to the Commission for approval of a revised RTP Supplementary Agreement with Fletcher Challenge for its Elk Falls mill at Campbell River, B.C., under Rate Schedule 1848, with an adjusted CBL reflecting a further 7 MVA reduction in its CBL level, for a one-year period from the effective date of Commission approval; and D. The Commission has reviewed the information submitted and finds that approval of the revised RTP Supplementary Agreement for Fletcher Challenge is appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C. Hydro the revised March 1, 1999 Supplementary Agreement with Fletcher Challenge for RTP service under Rate Schedule 1848, with an adjusted 100 percent CBL effective for the one-year period commencing March 1, 1999.
