On December 22, 1999, Natural Resource Industries (“NRI”) applied for a cost award for their participation in the West Kootenay Power Ltd. (“WKP”) 2000-2002 Preliminary Revenue Requirements Application and 1999 Annual Reivew; and B. The Commission has determined that NRI’s participation in the WKP proceeding warrants reimbursement in accordance with the Commission’s approved guidelines; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-97-98. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to NRI in the amount of $1,879.30 for participation in the above proceeding. 2.
