On August 3, 2000 the Commission, by Order No. G-76-00, approved for Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) its July 4, 2000 Credit Agreement with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) effective July 1, 2000; and B. On October 19, 2000 the Commission, by Order No. G-100-00, approved an amendment to PLPs Credit Agreement; and C. On December 1, 2000, PLP applied for an Order approving the replacement of a number of floating-rate loans with one single loan at a fixed rate of interest at 7.42 percent for a term of five years. The security for the loan remains unchanged with the total principal of these combined loans estimated to be $1,246,495; and D. The Commission has considered the application and finds that approval to amend PLPs Credit Agreement with CIBC is appropriate. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Sections 49 and 50 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission approves for PLP the December 1, 2000 Amendment No. 4 to its July 4, 2000 Credit Agreement with CIBC.
