On November 28, 2001, Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. (“Centra Gas”) filed with the Commission, an October 29, 2001 Letter Agreement for the storage of natural gas including pricing terms with Northwest Natural Gas Company (“NW Natural”) for the 2001/02 gas contract year in accordance with its 2001/02 Gas Contracting Plan approved by Commission Letter No. L-17-01; and B. The NW Natural Storage Agreement is for the acquisition of 5,275 GJ/d of storage capacity at the Mist storage facility in Oregon, USA from November 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Centra Gas filing and is satisfied that the Letter Agreement for storage with NW Natural is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules for Energy Supply Contracts: 1. The Commission accepts for filing for Centra Gas the October 29, 2001 Letter Agreement with NW Natural for up to 5,275 GJ/d of capacity at the Mist storage facility from November 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002. 2.
