Hall, Commissioner N.F. Nicholls, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On July 17, 2002, Plateau Pipe Line Ltd. (“Plateau”) filed with the Commission an application for approval of July 1, 2002 tolls on its crude oil pipeline from the Sunset Prairie Battery to a tie-in point with its Taylor to Kamloops crude oil pipeline; and B. Imperial Oil Resources, by letter dated September 6, 2002, informed the Commission of its agreement with Tariff No. S-06, which provides for a toll charge of $30,652 per month, effective July 1, 2002; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 44 of the Pipeline Act, the Commission approves Tariff No. S-06 for the Sunset Prairie Pipeline, effective July 1, 2002. The approved toll is subject to review by the Commission following receipt of a complaint by Imperial Oil Resources or prospective shippers on the pipeline.
