On November 27, 2002 Aquila Networks Canada (British Columbia) Ltd. (“Aquila”) applied to the Commission for approval to amend its Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions of Service, for meter reading procedures; and B. The application proposes to allow Aquila to issue final bills either based on estimates or to give the customer the option of reading the meter and supplying Aquila with the meter reading information; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for Aquila amendments to the Electric Tariff that allows the Utility to issue final bills based on estimates or to allow the customer the option to read the meter and supply the information to Aquila for billing purposes.
