(“Sun Rivers”) applied for approval to reduce rates for natural gas service to customers at its Sun Rivers Resort Community near Kamloops, B.C., to reflect a decrease in the cost of natural gas from its supplier, BC Gas Utility Ltd., effective January 1, 2002, that was approved by Orders No. G-116-01, G-134-01, and G-144-01; and B. Pursuant to Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity Order No. C-18-99, Sun Rivers serves its customers under similar terms and conditions and at rates that are not greater than the approved rates that would apply to similar BC Gas Utility Ltd. customers; and C. The Commission has reviewed the revised Natural Gas Tariff Rate Schedules and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for Sun Rivers decreases in natural gas rates, effective January 1, 2002, as set out in Sun Rivers’ application dated January 11, 2002, for Rate Schedule 1 – Residential Service and Rate Schedule 2 – Small Commercial Service customers. Sun Rivers is to notify all customers of the change in rates.
