Ostergaard, Chair K.L. Hall, Commissioner N.F. Nicholls, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On October 18, 2002, Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. (“Centra Gas”) filed with the Commission, executed Agreements for the supply of natural gas including pricing terms with Petro-Canada Oil and Gas (“Petro-Canada”), Coral Energy Canada Inc. (“Coral”), Imperial Oil Resources (“Imperial Oil”), Encana Oil & Gas Partnership (“Encana”), and Husky Energy Marketing (“Husky”) for the 2002/03 gas contract year in accordance with its 2002/03 Gas Contracting Plan approved by a Commission letter dated August 6, 2002; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Centra Gas filing and is satisfied that the Agreements are in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules for Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing for Centra Gas the following natural gas supply agreements for the 2002/03 gas contract year: 1.
