Bradley, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On March 25, 2003 the Province, by Order in Council No. 0253, issued Terms of Reference for an Inquiry relating to a Heritage Contract for B.C. Hydro’s Existing Generation Resources and to Stepped Rates and Transmission Access; and B. The Commission by Order No. G-23-03 established a regulatory process and timetable for the Inquiry; and C. By letter date May 22, 2003, the Commission directed Commission staff to convene meetings with interested Intervenors to consider the rate structure for transmission voltage customers; and D. Such meetings were held on May 27, June 3 and June 4, 2003; and E. As an outcome of the meetings, participants requested a timetable to allow circulation of a document with submissions from B.C. Hydro and Intervenors. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The regulatory timetable attached as Appendix A to Order No. G-23-03 is supplemented as follows. 2. By Thursday June 12, 2003 Commission staff will circulate a discussion document identifying potential areas of agreement from the meetings held on May 27, June 3 and June 4, 2003. 3. The participants in the meetings will meet on Friday, June 13, 2003 to review the Commission staff document. 4. A revised document incorporating the views of participants will be circulated to all Intervenors on or before Friday, June 20, 2003. 5. B.C. Hydro will provide its submissions on the revised document by Friday, June 27, 2003. 6. Intervenors will provide their submission regarding the revised document by Thursday, July 3, 2003. …/2
2 7. The revised document circulated on June 20, 2003, together with B.C. Hydro’s submission of June 27, 2003 and Intervenor submissions of July 3, 2003, will be reviewed at the Pre-hearing Conference on July 7, 2003.
