Application for Rate Schedules 7, 10, 14 and 14A
November 1, 2004 through October 31, 2005 Gas Contract Year
On March 17, 2004 Terasen Gas filed an Application for approval for the 2004/05 gas contract year of bundled
sales Rate Schedule 7 and gas commodity sales Rate Schedules 10, 14 and 14A. Terasen Gas copied the
Application to interested parties, and proposed a Regulatory Timetable for the review of the Application, starting
with a Commission-led Workshop on April 2, 2004.
The Commission has also received submissions from several gas marketers and customers regarding Rate
Schedules 14 and 14A.
The Commission hereby establishes a Workshop on the Application to be held in the Commission’s Hearing
Room on the Sixth Floor, 900 Howe Street, Vancouver on Friday, April 2,
2004 commencing at 1:30 p.m.
Terasen Gas is requested to provide the Application to anyone on the attached list of Interested Parties that has not
already received a copy.
Following the Workshop, the Commission requests Interested Parties to provide written comments by Tuesday,
April 6, 2004 regarding issues that remain outstanding and the process that the Commission should establish to
deal with the Application.
