On July 26, 2004, the BC Old Age Pensioners Organization et al. (“BCOAPO”) applied for a participant assistance cost award for its participation in the Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (“PNG (N.E.)”) 2004 Revenue Requirements application and written public hearing proceeding that was set down by Order No. G-86-03; and B. The Commission has determined that BCOAPO’s participation in the PNG (N.E.) proceeding warrants reimbursement in accordance with the Commission’s approved guidelines; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application with regard to the participant assistance criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-15-04. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCOAPO in the amount of $12,668.04 for its participation in the PNG (N.E.) written public hearing proceeding. 2.
