The Commission has determined that a written hearing is appropriate. This letter will serve as a notice of hearing by copy to intervenors in the BC Hydro Revenue Requirements and the BCTC Capital Plan hearings. Given the submissions received regarding process, the Commission does not anticipate participation in the process other than by BC Hydro. Participant funding will not be available for this process.
