Boychuk, Commissioner L.F. Kelsey, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On August 16, 2005, FortisBC Inc. applied to the Commission for approval of its 2006 Capital Expenditures Plan; and B. FortisBC Inc. requests that, following a workshop and consultation with stakeholders, the application be reviewed by way of by a written process if necessary. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission requires that the FortisBC Application for approval of its 2006 Capital Expenditures Plan be reviewed by a written public process in accordance with the Regulatory Timetable attached as Appendix A. 2.
