On September 7, 2005, Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) applied for Commission approval of a new Business Credit Agreement dated August 29, 2005 between the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) and PLP, pursuant to Section 49 of the Utilities Commission Act (“the Act”); and B. The new Business Credit Agreement replaces the existing Business Credit Agreement dated July 9, 2003 million which was approved by Commission Order G-50-03 and by Commission Order G-76-04 which approved the extension of this Agreement until July 30, 2005. PLP is effectively requesting an increase of $1.41 million to the overall credit limit of the new Business Credit Agreement to $5.41 million; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application along with supporting material and finds that approval is warranted. NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 50 of the Act, the Commission approves for PLP the August 29, 2005 Business Credit Agreement with CIBC.
