As a regulated utility, TMUS Panorama is required to file an Annual Report with the Commission and provide the additional information listed in Letter No. L-36-94. The 2004 TMUS Panorama Annual Report submitted to the Commission on May 11, 2005 does not meet the Annual Report requirements for gas utilities. The Commission requires TMUS Panorama to provide a 2004 Annual Report that conforms to the Annual Report standards for gas utilities, and provide the additional information listed in Letter No. L-36-94 by July 31, 2005. Enclosed are the forms that are to be used in completing Annual Reports for gas utilities.
