Kelsey, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On August 16, 2006 FortisBC Inc. (“FortisBC”) applied (the “Application”) to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (“Commission”) for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) for the Automated Mapping/Facilities Management/Geographical Information Systems (“AM/FM GIS”) Transition Project (“the Project”); and B. FortisBC states that the Project is estimated to cost $2.7 million and is required to replace the existing AM/FM GIS, which is presently supplied by FortisAlberta Inc. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission establishes a written public process for the review of the Application and establishes a Regulatory Agenda as attached in Appendix A. 2.
