Kelsey, Commissioner L.A. Zaozirny, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On July 11, 2006, Letter No. L-25-06 accepted the 2006/07 Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (“PNG”) Annual Gas Contracting Plan; and B. On November 3, 2006 PNG filed with the Commission gas supply contracts for approval of the monthly and daily price premiums for gas supply arrangements that include seasonal, peaking, and storage contracts; and C. The Commission has reviewed the PNG filing and is satisfied that the gas supply contracts are appropriate considering market prices at the time they were negotiated and the Annual Gas Contracting Plan for 2006/2007. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules for Natural Gas Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Contracts identified in Appendix A of this Order are accepted for filing pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act. 2. The Agreements referred to in Appendix A of this Order will be held on a confidential basis.
