(“Terasen Gas”) Application for Residential Commodity Unbundling Approvals Required by November 30, 2006 As part of Commission Order No. C-6-06 related to the Residential Commodity Unbundling Project, Terasen Gas was ordered to file a number of items that required Commission approval by November 30, 2006. On October 31, 2006 Terasen Gas responded with an application that included the following issues: 1. Customer Education Program; 2. Confirmation Letter; 3. Dispute Resolution Process; 4. Changes to the Code of Conduct for Gas Marketers; and 5. Changes to Rate Schedule 36. Interested stakeholders should provide their written comments on these five elements to Terasen Gas and to the Commission by Friday, November 10, 2006.
