LTEPA Amending Agreement, Amended and Restated Long-Term Electricity Purchase Agreement The Commission has received the enclosed request dated November 24, 2006 from counsel for the District of Kitimat (the “District”) for leave to file additional evidence in the subject proceeding. The District intends to convene a witness panel to defend its evidence in the hearing. The District proposes to file any Documentary Evidence by November 29, 2006, and to file its Direct Evidence and any further materials by December 1, 2006. The District’s November 24 report dated July 2003 from Dr. Roslyn Kunin. The District requests leave to file Dr. Kunin’s report as evidence, on the condition that she will be made available for cross-examination on or after December 18, 2006. Further to the Regulatory Timetable that was Appendix A to Order No. G-142-06, the Commission hereby establishes a Procedural Conference to hear the District’s leave application. The Procedural Conference will commence at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 in the Commission Hearing Room on the Twelfth Floor, 1125 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C. The 2006 Integrated Electricity Plan and Long-Term Acquisition Plan proceeding will be adjourned while the District’s leave application is heard.
