CANADA V6Z 2N3 COMMISSION SECRETARY TELEPHONE: (604) 660-4700 Commission.Secretary@bcuc.com BC TOLL FREE: 1-800-663-1385 web site: http://www.bcuc.com FACSIMILE: (604) 660-1102 Log No. 22293 VIA E-MAIL October 25, 2007 TO: BC Hydro 1823 Customers Dear Sir/Madam: Re: British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“BC Hydro”) Revisions to Customer Baseline Loads On October 5, 2007, BC Hydro filed an application (“Application”) seeking Commission approval of certain Customer Baseline Loads (“CBLs) that have been revised pursuant to Tariff Supplement No. 74. In the Application BC Hydro requested interim approval of the revised CBLs effective April 1, 2007. The Commission has reviewed the Application and is issuing, concurrently with this letter Order No. G-129-07, which approves the Customer Baseline Loads (“CBLs”) in the column titled CBL for Final Approval FY08 in Appendix A of the Application on an interim basis effective April 1, 2007. While Appendices A, B and C of the Application have been filed on a confidential basis, BC Hydro states that it has provided each customer with the information that relates to its CBL. The Commission requests that those Rate Schedule (“RS”) 1823 customers, whose CBL has been revised, confirm in writing to the Commission by November 9, 2007 whether they agree with or dispute the revised CBL that BC Hydro has proposed for them. In the absence of a response the Commission will conclude that the CBL is not disputed. If there are disputes, the Commission will establish a process to review the disputes. Once the Commission has approved the final CBLs, BC Hydro is to make any necessary billing adjustments as set out in section 6.2.3 of Tariff Supplement No. 74. RS 1823 Customers whose CBL has not been revised need take no action. Yours truly, Original signed by Erica M. Hamilton JWF/rt BCH/Cor/L-85-07_Revisions to Customer Baseline Loads
