(“Plateau”) Application for the Approval of 2007 and 2008 Western System Tolls (the “Application”) In accordance with the Amended Regulatory Agenda and Timetable established by Commission Order No. P-6-08, Chevron Canada Limited (“Chevron”) responded to the Plateau’s Information Requests (“IRs”) on Intervenor Evidence on June 9, 2008. On June 16, 2008, Plateau submitted a letter to the Commission (the “Plateau Letter”) stating that Chevron had not respond sufficiently or at all, to 40 Plateau IRs and requested that the Commission direct Chevron to provide responses to the 23 IRs identified in the Plateau Letter. In accordance with the directions in Commission Letter No. L-28-08, Chevron was to provide responses to the Plateau IRs by Monday, June 30, 2008. On June 25, 2008 Plateau informed the Commission that it had resumed settlement discussions with Chevron and requested that the Commission extend the June 30, 2008 deadline by 30 days. Plateau stated that the 30 day extension would be sufficient time for Plateau and Chevron to complete their discussion; thereby resolving the remaining issues or determining that a settlement is not viable. Plateau also informed the Commission that Chevron concurred with the request to extend the deadline by 30 days. In view of the settlement discussions between Plateau and Chevron, the Commission hereby extends the deadline in Commission Letter No. L-28-08 by 30 days to July 30, 2008.
